Compare Ads

General

Language

To select your language, click on the flag corresponding to your language in the top right corner.

Currency

To select your currency, click on the white arrows in the top right corner to open the drop-down menu and select the currency of your choice.

Measurement Unit

To select your measurement unit (m2 or ft2), click on the white arrows in the top right corner to open the drop-down menu and select the measurement unit of your choice.

To search for Ads, go to the search feature at the top of all pages and select the criteria of your choice (region, city, type, status, etc). Click on Advanced and/or More Options if you wish to select more criteria.
You can save the results of your search in order to create an Email Alert.

You can contact the owner of a property in different ways. On the right side of any individual property page:

  1. Click on the dots after the phone number and the full number will appear so that you can give them a call.
  2. Fill in the required details on the Contact form and click on Request Info if you wish to send an email directly and immediately to the owner, using your own email client (Outlook, Gmail, etc).
  3. Fill in the required details on the Contact form and click on Send Direct Message if you wish to send the owner a message through the site’s message feature which will then show up in the My Messages section in your Dashboard. You will then be able to communicate directly with the owner through the My Messages section in your Dashboard. Note that this feature requires that you create an account. You will be notified by email of any messages sent through the My Messages section in your Dashboard.

To create an Email Alert, do a search with the criteria you wish and click on the Save star which appears at the top of the search results. Your Email Alerts will appear in your Dashboard in the Alerts section.

To add a property to your favourites, click on the heart icon located either at the top of the individual property page or on the property image itself.
You can access your Favourite Properties in your dashboard.

To compare properties, click on the plus (+) icon located on the image of each property you wish to compare. A separate window will then appear showing the properties you have chosen to compare (maximum 4). Click on Compare to see the different features of each property compared to the others.

The Tools page offers quite some interesting tools and advise, such as a Loan Calculator, Currency Converter, Sample Rental Agreement, guidance for rentals, sales, foreigners, tourists, etc.

We have provided a number of forms which allow you to send us your feedback so that we can take action in a variety of situations:

Account & Dashboard

To create an account, click on the Login or Create an Ad buttons on the right side of the Menu Bar, fill in the information and accept the Terms and Conditions. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation by email.

To login to your account, click on the Login or Create an Ad buttons on the right side of the Menu Bar.

To delete your Account, login to your Account then click on the profile icon on the right side of the Menu Bar. Select My Profile in the drop down menu, then click on the Delete My Account button to save the changes.

To change your profile information, login to your Account then click on the profile icon on the right side of the Menu Bar. Select My Profile in the drop down menu, then insert the changes and click on the Update Profile button to save the changes.

To change your password, login to your Account then click on the profile icon on the right side of the Menu Bar. Select My Profile in the drop down menu, then change your password and click on the Update Password button to save the changes.

To recover your password, click on the Login or Create an Ad buttons on the right of the menu bar. Click on the link Lost Your Password then enter your username or email address and click on the Get New Password button. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

To view your Dashboard, click on the profile icon on the right side of the Menu Bar, then on My Profile.

To view and reply to your messages through your Dashboard, click on the profile icon on the right side of the Menu Bar and select Messages in the drop down menu.

To view your Invoices, click on the profile icon on the right side of the Menu Bar and select Invoices in the drop down menu.

You can view the details and print your Invoices.

Manage Ads

You will need to Create an Account and be logged into your Account to create an Ad.

You will then be asked to choose a Package. Simply follow the prompts and make the payment through the various Payment Methods offered.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will be notified by email and you will be able to create your Ad.

Click on the profile icon on the right side of the Menu Bar then go to Add Property in the drop down menu to create an Ad.

Once in the Add Property section in your Dashboard, fill in all the required fields regarding your property, add your images and click on the Submit Property button at the bottom of the page.

Your property will be submitted to our customer service for verification and approval before being published on our platform.

Ads are automatically translated and published into 2 languages: English and French.

If you have created an Ad in English, you can see and edit the French version of your Ad in the My Properties section in your Dashboard and vise versa.

To edit your Ad in the other language, click on the Language Switcher dropdown on the right of the top menu, select the other language and go to the the My Properties section in your Dashboard. You will see the translated version of your Ad.

You can manage your Ads at any time in the My Properties section in your Dashboard. Ads are classified under different statuses:

If your property is accessible to Foreigners and subject to the Property Development Scheme (PDS), you may specify it while adding your property in the Property Description and price section, Access to Foreigners.

To add images to your Ad, go to the My Properties section in your Dashboard, click on the Actions button on the right corresponding to your Ad, then select Edit.

Go to the Property Images section at the bottom of the page and click on the Add Images button. Make sure to add images of good quality and with a minimum size of 800 x 600 px.

To view your Ads, go to the My Properties section in your Dashboard. You will then be able to see all your Ads, whether they are Published, Pending, Expired or saved as Draft.

Boost your Ad to make it more visible by appearing on top of all other Ads in the listings pages as well as in the Best Deals Sections.
To boost your Ad, go to the My Properties section in your Dashboard and click on the Boost Ad button on the right corresponding to your Ad.

* Ad Boosting does not apply to Free promotions.

Once your Ad is published, you can edit it at any time by going to the My Properties section in your Dashboard. Click on the Actions button on the right corresponding to your Ad, then select Edit.

Make sure to click on the Submit Property button at the bottom of the page to save your newly edited Ad.

NB: if you click on Save as Draft, a new and different Ad will be created and saved in the Drafts section. But the Ad you were editing will still remain published.

When you first create an Ad and don’t want to publish it immediately, use the Save as Draft button on the top right side. Your Ad will not yet be submitted nor published.

All your draft Ads can be seen in the Draft section in your Dashboard.

If you have already published an Ad, then Edit it and click on Save as Draft, a new and different Ad will be created and saved in the Drafts section. But the Ad you were editing will still remain published.

Your Ad will be marked as Expired if your Package has expired.

In such case, renew your Package, then click on the Reactivate Ad button to the right of the Ad in the My Properties list.

To delete your Ad, go to the My Properties section in your Dashboard, click on the Actions button on the right side of the Ad and select Delete in the drop down menu.

BEWARE: Once deleted, your ad will be definitely lost.

Packages & Payment

When you create an Ad, you will be directed to choose and pay for a Package before being able to publish your Ad.

Simply select the Package suited to your needs, then select your Payment Method and click on the Buy Package button.

Once your payment has been confirmed, your Ad will be reviewed for approval, then published.

In case of payment by Bank Transfer, please follow the instructions received by email.

View all Packages.

To change or renew your Package, go to your My Package page in your Dashboard and click on the Change your Package button on the right side of the page.

Select the Package suited to your needs, then select your Payment Method and click on the Purchase this Package button.

IMPORTANT

If you change your Package, all existing published Ads will be set as Expired and will need to be reactivated in order to be re-published.

Once your payment has been confirmed, your Ad will be reviewed for approval, then published.

In case of payment by Bank Transfer, please follow the instructions received by email.

  • Juice by MCB

In case of payment by Bank Transfer, please follow the instructions received by email.

Use Juice by MCB to pay your Ad with a click through your mobile App.

  • Connect to your Juice account on your mobile App
  • Select the option Pay & Transfer
  • Select Pay a Juice Merchant
  • Select Insights Partners Ltd or the mobile No: +230 5845 5845 or scan the QR Code on our payment page
  • Enter the amount indicated on the Package
  • Insert the transaction reference in the remarks section and click on Continue
  • Enter your 4 digit Juice pin to validate your purchase

Once your payment has been received, your Ad will be reviewed for approval before being published.
